From developing new store concepts for flagship, franchise, and shop in shop to product launches spanning online advertising, digital content and in-store communications and events through to celebrity partnerships with Premier League footballers, Olympians and Musicians, our work has enabled shoppers to better understand how technology can be relevant to them, whilst create a new-found brand connection and increasing sales.

The customer journey and retail engagement principles we have created have been used to set global best practice guidelines by Samsung to create a consistent shopper experience across markets.
