When Sky changed the aim of their communications from promotions and pricing to celebrating wonderful content, they needed a retail experience to match. We have been working with the brand since 2011 to convert this strategy into new subscriptions, lower customer churn and more brand love.
Key to our work with Sky have been creating a digital first customer journey, a more premium look and feel and architecture for the brand at retail to elevate the experience and creating a highly flexible retail system that allows simplicity of roll out across a large estate whilst allowing staff from one store to another to deliver the same shopper experience and content demonstration.
We have delivered interactive digital sales tools, flagship store schemes and the roll out system for Sky, with our design supposing all sales targets for both new and existing customers and winning multiple industry awards at the same time.
